F.A.Q.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)
Our minimum order quantity is 24 pcs. If you need less than that, we typically recommend looking into direct-to-film (DTF) printing. This is a service we do offer and can assist you with that for the smaller order. Our MOQ may also be higher depending on the art, print size, or garment.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround will vary depending on the garment chosen, the amount of colors in the artwork, and how many finishing services are chosen. Generally, turnaround will typically vary between 10-15 business days from payment and digital proof approval. Please expect a longer turnaround for exclusive garments, high color count designs, or any added finishing services. Our winter turnaround times will generally be much quicker than our midsummer turnaround times.
WHAT IS THE PRICING FOR A RUSH ORDER?
Rush fees are typically priced at 10% per day sooner than standard turnaround times. If your order would already have a 12 day turnaround, and you want it 3 days sooner (9 days) then you may expect a 30% rush fee. However, this is a general rule, and if the order requires extra attention, then it may be higher. Alternatively, if the order is fairly simple, it may be less.
DO I NEED ART READY TO GET A QUOTE?
Final artwork is necessary in order for us to provide an accurate quote for you.
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN GARMENTS?
We do not allow customer supplied garments outside of approved contractors. Supplying your own garments will not always save you money and there is added risk in doing so, as all of our contract policies will apply and we will not be held liable for any damaged, misprinted, or faulty goods. We do not recommend supplying your own garments or applying for contract screen printing unless you are highly experienced in the industry and willing to accept added costs and risk. For more info on becoming an approved contractor send us an email today!
WHAT IS PRICING BASED OFF OF?
The main pricing factors in screen printing are quantity and color count, however your biggest factor is going to be the garment. Each additional color between 1 and 6 colors will raise pricing. There are many additional factors such as ink type, print location, print size, garment type, finishings, shipping, and more.
